I thought it was highly illegal to be drinking in a bar while carrying a firearm?
Why else would I be in the French Quarter? (besides eating rarely, but I also drink heavily when I'm eating in the French Quarter)

True. But the only way I will pull it is to use deadly force, hopefully never. But if that happens then I will be in a situation where The least thing I am worried about is being charged with that. Plus the odds of pulling in a bar, even in the quarter are slim to none. It on the street, at night, going back to hotel, etc.
