they didnt mention it by name but they are referring to the hotel next to the white house built by Trump where foreign dignitaries will be staying and how they will forward any payments from foreign businesses and emissaries staying there to US treasury

i will say this is a very cool thing Trump is doing, despite his complete lack of transparency this is standup.
