You could fish the five fingers /Hog Branch / Tiger creek / powell park area it has pretty much all you described wanting to fish.
All these areas are large and could be fished multiple days in a row and never fish the same water.
Its big so if you aren't use to fishing big reservoirs it can be a little intimidating.
You can pretty much fish south of the 147 bridge and run the entire lake with no problems, North of the bridge gets a little shady so be watchful
