Don't under estimate the importance of Watson to that offense. You can't just plug any QB in that offense.

The reason Watson is so good in that offense is because it is the same exact offense he ran in high school. Hence, he should be able to run it well, as he knows it like the back of his hand.
It will be interesting to see how fast that new guy coming in will grasp it, as that new guy looks like he is going to be super good too.

Of course not, but he is an accurate passer. That with the offensive design, works well for the QB success.
Tajh Boyd also had a lot of success in that offense and he isn't the QB with the physical gifts of Watson.
