They have a strong division and a weak division. Just like the SEC, just like the B1G...

SEC at least vaguely followed geographical lines for divisions. ACC structured its entire conference around 2 teams in Florida. One of which has yet to play for the conference title.

But the SEC was not divided that way in 1992.
