The biggest issue I have with my 2015 F-150 is with the driver and passenger doors.
You have to "slam" them in order to shut properly. Unlike anything else I have ever experienced. Maybe due to the all aluminum body?
I've brought it to 2 different dealerships and both say it's "normal."

I won't disagree with you on that. It's extremely quiet.
But I'm telling you ... shutting the doors should not be a chore.

I disagree, the "excessive wind noise" in that TSB is annoying. The body flexes with the doors and every small bump I hit at speed I can hear the wind. Thought my door was coming off at first. 2015 btw.
My boss bought a 2016 sport and it's very noticeably more quiet than mine inside the cabin.
