There are many more factors at play here. Where is demand coming from, labor requirements and costs, cost of re-tooling an existing facility vs. building a new one., etc., etc.

With that said, no one should be "celebrating" implementation of "big border taxes" and "heavy relocation fines". They're anti-market tools that hurt companies, workers and consumers.

Been through this a million times. No, What Trump is doing is not isolationism, it's not anti-trade. It's what Reagan came up with that was gutted by washington lobbyists paying off politicians.
