Where did Trump get the proof from?

It certainly wasn't from the classified intelligence report or else that means the intelligence agencies lied to the American people when they wrote in the 25 page unclassified report that they had "high confidence" the Russians hacked the election but not to interpret "high confidence" to mean "certainty" because their judgments "might be wrong"?

So where are you claiming Trump got his proof from?
