What type of memory problems?
At 52 and if she is living a busy schedule, we are prone to forget a thing or two. Completely normal.

She said it's more like quick recall problems. It's things she remembers but they don't come to her immediately.She's not on cholesterol medication.I think she takes some sort of sleep/anxiety medication.

I am 55, lost my glasses for 2 days this week, turns out they were right on the nightstand where they should be, but under a book. I cannot figure out why I didn't look under it.
