Smoked between a half pack and full pack per day for 14 years. Oh it's a big concern. Lol

Well...how often do you drink enough to get cravings? If only once or twice a week (or less, of course), I don't think you'll be hurting yourself nearly as much as being just a regular smoker.

I'm kind of resigned to the fact that I'll be a heavy smoker until I meet a splittail good enough that demands I stop. Cigarettes couple way too well with all of the substances I like to do.
