In all seriousness. I would rather spend this money on something useful like a wall. Instead of shovel ready Jobs like Obama said that didn't ever appear and the money was allocated to his donors instead.

If so, I hope it's turned down. I have a hard time believing anyone took him serious with his campaign promises.
