According to the article, it is illegal to use harpoon/spears for fishing there this time of year.
So:
1. He got harpooned by his fishing buddy.
2. He's gonna get fined for getting harpooned.
3. His fishing buddy is harpooning his wife.
That's a rough week by any stretch of the imagination.
