News flash, the loop doesn't exist because of nimby dicks in livingston and ascension.

So, since the mayor can't snap their finger and make a loop happen, maybe they should work within what they do have control of?

I know that's tough for you to understand.

This guy lives in the 70805.

I get the nimby asshat, but this mayor is not concerned with the traffic coming in to BR.

The real show is going to be when they release the Alton Sterling results in the next week or so.

news flash, the NIMBYs aren't the problem. There aren't enough of them to matter. The problem is politicians and businesspeople (usually one and the same) can't agree on where to put a loop or bridge so that they can get the most money, via kickbacks or future development. So a bridge or a loop will never get built.
Quit blaming people who don't have anything to do with teh corruption. NIMBYs just don't feel like having their shite ruined cause the city/parish/state can't plan better.
