Tire width(mm) / ratio of sidewall height to tire width(mm) / rim size

Just use an online calculator to convert to actual size

265 is the width in mm. So there are 25.4 mm's in an inch. 265=10.43" wide. 65 is the height from the edge of the rim to the top of the tire in percent. 65% of 10.43"=6.78". That is basically your side wall height. If you start at the ground and work your way up the tire you have 6.78" of sidewall, 16" of rim, and 6.78" more inches of sidewall. This gives you a 29.56" tire height. Sorry for the detail, I know no other way.
