Drive them both and see which you prefer.
The Tundra will probably cost more, but has a slightly better resale value.
Either Ford engine will get better gas mileage that the Tundra. Shitty gas mileage is the biggest complaint against the Tundra.
I drove both trucks back in '14 when I was buying a new one and I couldn't justify paying $10 grand more for the Tundra than the F-150 I bought. (XLT, 4x4, leather, Ecoboost, 20" wheels, HID headlights)
