Ok well that is interesting but it does not mean driving with hazards on in certain situations is illegal in LA. Your case is a negligence case, not a traffic law case. Yes, it sounds like your lady was negligent, but I still say it is acceptable is if someone feels like they have to drive significantly below the speed limit temporarily on the right lane of the highway. It looks like he statutes agree. I don't know if there are any cases on it or not. If there are that say it's illegal, then I am wrong.
