I'm hoping to get a recommendation. I really like a lot of classic novels like War of the Worlds, Time Machine, and I just finished reading Journey to the Center of the Earth for about the 10th time. Also, I've read pretty much everything Tolkien related. I preordered Beren and Luthien, so I'm looking for something to read in the meantime.
Some that I'm considering are The Forever War or the Witcher series (not sure if I want to start a series though). Or something else sci-fi or fantasy. I don't get to read as much as I used to, so my literature knowledge isn't up to date.
You like something that feels classic+fantasy?
Kingkiller Chronicles most definitely.

I'll look into that one. I need to get a list going. Need to get my money's worth out of this kindle.
ETA: Just read a little synopsis. Yeah, that seems right up my alley. I will definitely read that one.
