I know you are digging at LSU and I don't really disagree but you kind of hit on the point of the SEC not being peak anymore. I think O may be decent at LSU but i will be surpised if he wins the SEC. I don't like the hire
Bobby P, Spurrier, Urban, Fulmer, Tubby and Richt all left the SEC. Since then Clemson, Florida state and now Miami all decided to get good again. So the coaching is down and recruiting advantage is down a bit too because schools aren't cherry picking Florida as much.
00-12 the SEC had elite coaching to go along with the recruiting advantages.
