It's not that. It's the over-representative, force-feeding of the interracial narrative that the media continues to promote.

This isn't the media dude. It's simply a private firm trying to attract the largest number of customers. Not everyone is out to get you

What world do you live in? Over-represented? I work with like 5 gay guys, a black man married to an Asian woman, a gay man in an interracial relationship (I'm sure that's triggering a mess of people in here), and live around several different races. Open up your social circle. It will do you some good.

How is it force feeding?
I can think of a grand total of one TV commercial off the top of my head that had an interracial couple. This wasn't even a commercial. It was a tweet. I never would have heard about it if TJ hadn't started a thread.
And any ad with human models necessarily involves a decision on the actors. Would you consider it force feeding if 100% of the couples were white and hetero? Do you think they should carefully calibrate their ads to be perfectly representative of the country?

It's one commercial!! It's only a narrative to you because YOU can't see past these couple's skin colors.
