Oregon made probably the "best" hire considering Taggart's ability to rebuild programs.
Strong at USF was probably the best fit.
Purdue and FAU definitely punched above their respective weights by hiring Brohm and Kiffin.
I like Tom Herman, but I'm not pencilling him in as the next Urban Meyer until he has a few more skins on the wall.

Taggart can rebuild but was cheap enough to give us a great assistants. If you told me Taggart came with Leavitt, I would've jumped on it.
