Admittedly a bit biased but I think USF made the best hire. The program is in good shape coming off an 11 win season. Strong has ties to the area so it's a great fit.
Kiffin at FAU is inheriting a dumpster fire. I think his success there will be entirely predicated on his ability to recruit. If he can lure some top flight local talent away from Miami/UF/FSU he has a chance.
