Nah, only in part. It was driven by the public uproar about all the fake accounts opened by employees due to years of executive demands to make account growth look better that drove down the price, then subsequent firing of the CEO who got to take his bags of executive comp with him. Continued fleecing of shareholders by executive employees. It was well below its 52 week high before that became common knowledge, too.
