Yes they did, but if I were in a shite ton of pain and wanted to get off opiods, then I wouldn't care what schedule the government has labeled the drug.
If people that have been affected by the same illness have stated it dramatically helps them, and there is science to back it up, then why not? We all know the DEA is pushing it to Schedule 1 to keep its funding relevant.
