Basically the sheriff owns the land -- but I think there is some question about which fixed assets were sold to the sheriff (and which were retained by the former owner) when the land was sold.

Talk among the members is that a local landowner submitted a higher bid -- but it's not a "signed & sealed" deal yet.

Best guess is that it'll take 6-8 weeks to gear up (irrespective of who the lessee is).
