You are clueless. Real simple. BE A TEAM PLAYER! Not negative. Truth.

If he wasn't a team player, he wouldn't have played all year. Got hurt 2 weeks before the season with a serious injury. Played against Wisconsin, when guys were targeting his hurt ankle the entire game. Didn't play against Jacksonville State, no big deal. Played hurt again against Miss State. Played hurt again against Auburn and further reinjured his ankle. Sat out the next three weeks to heal. Came back again against Ole Miss, after we'd already dropped two games. Set an LSu rushing record. Played the next week against Alabama, a game we lost and eliminated ourselves from any outside shot at the CFP. Played the next week, still, against Arkansas and got hurt again during the game. Even so, he, at the last minute, decided to suit up in his last home game against Florida, at his request. It was clear as day he was nowhere near healthy, but he still carried the ball 12 times in the game.

But yes, because he isn't suiting up for a meaningless bowl game and weighing playing in the game with his future, he's not a team player.

This is my point- If he was injured all season, why not just shut it down and truly heal? After the Alabama game ALL the games were meaningless relative to team goals..

I'm not blaming the guy for doing what is best for him and his family, nobody can.. Just saying the level of bowl game should not dictate if a player stays on the team or not- and that's what this looks like.
