THC is already schedule 1, and it's legal in recreational states
CBD was just added, but it's no different now than THC
The transdermal patches are awesome, the main brand I think is "Mary's"
My wife uses them for RA and gets good relief without harmful side effects

CBD is also supposedly very effective in curbing anxiety related disorders. I'd love to get off of the benzos one day.
