I am not particularly familiar with this kind of thing...are you saying that you have some kind of marijuana-based oil that you can apply to your skin to relieve symptoms, but there is no euphoric effect?

No you smoke or ingest CBD but it doesn't get you high since it's not THC. It's good for medical conditions like seizures and Crohn's.

There are trans-dermal CBD patches for chronic pain illnesses.

Users don't get loopy, they become pain free.

EDIT: My mother had a prescription for Fentanyl patches. It made her loopy, unintelligible and downright ornery at times.

I seriously considered risking jail time to get CBD patches for her.

Moot point, as she passed away in May.
