because i can tell you how it helps. it prices him off the market, even for some good P5 HC jobs. 2M is more than what Fedora makes at UNC.
theres a reason stores sell things for 19.99 and not 20.00. because that 2 jumps off the page. its important.

Maybe I can dumb-this-down so you can understand why you wouldn't unnecessarily spend money in business when you don't have to do. Just because you have $20 in your pocket, and you want to purchase that sack of goodness that will only cost your burnt out arse $15, you don't give them the whole $20 because you think you need to when nobody else is buying. You save the $5 just in case you need to pay $25 next time.
