So the east side has gone Mexican ghetto or is there a mix of ethnicity in that side?

There's probably 8-10 Latino businesses on the East Side. I work and eat lunch there, haven't had a problem in 17 years but I do notice a decline. I blame it more on the crash of the oil field. Our company at one time had about 1700 employees, we hovering about 300 for the last few years.
