That is definitely NOT my experience. I know of many people driving 10 year old cars and barely making the mortgage. Thy just want to remain in the Jericho School District on Long Island because it is so good.
We took a family out for a Chinese dinner two weeks ago and they said it had been the first time they had been out to dinner in three years.
