When they get used to it yes. The weather is a great equalizer. Don't kid yourselves because Alabama would have their struggles if they had to play in 35 degrees with rain, sleet and wind. It limits what you can do.

Alabama is beat when it runs the ball. Those weather factors would effect Kiffin's game plan, not Alabama's or Saban's.
But, I give you Big 10 fans credit. No way in hell would I sit through a game in some of the weather that y'all put up with
