Suit filed on the embryos' behalf in Jefferson Parish according to Baton Rouge Advocate front page article today.
Suing her for the right to live.

Only in Louisiana can an embryo sue a person. I think it'll get thrown out though since they aren't even embryos yet... they're just eggs.

They are fertilized eggs. I read yesterday the guy created a trust for the embryos and had already named them. He is suing because they are being denied their right to inheritance.

You're half right. Louisiana does allow embryos to sue. These are not just eggs though. They've been fertilized, but not yet implanted. They're considered "pre-embryos."
