I just don't think LSU would take that risk.
Things are going to get really ugly for both Baylor and Briles over the next year and a half. This lawsuit is pandora's box for a P5 program.

Pretty clearly a money grab IMHO. Briles knows damn well neither he nor the regents he's suing want any part of discovery or a trial.
