While that may be true, Texas best schools are not in some podunk country town, they are centered around the largest cities in the state. Having some of the top schools in the nation in Dallas is why the economic growth in those areas is enormous. Take a look at Frisco, Allen and McKinney. They are growing at and exponential rate.

Most states have their best schools around major cities. Texas isn't the only one that figured this out...
