You kidding? That IS the target audience for the Stupor Bowl. They'll bring them in, let 'em perform at halftime, feed 'em, give 'em free stuff, applaud them for not being conscious during the National Anthem, much less rising off their stank rank asses, then tun them back out into the streets newly emboldened and drunk off Stupor Bowl beer to assail the tourista's.
