Minorities need to stop blaming racism and start accepting responsibility for the way they are. Once they accept that they need to make changes, then we will make progress. But I don't see that day coming any time soon

But, but, but...if they awakened to personal responsibility, they'd have to relinquish their death-grip on "White Oppression Victim" status...and all the free stuff that goes along with it.

How are they responsible for not being fully developed?
They may have to accept reality and not blame others but they aren't individually responsible for the genetic devlopment of a group.
