If you watch gowdy, he is all about separation of powers and checks and balances. That speech about Obama bypassing congress was epic. He has always wanted executive power kept in check.

Yeah. I've watched almost every video on YouTube...big fan. I get it. Was hoping (like many) he would get the AG position.
