I'm a little tippsy (at work) so sadly I have nothing to provide but I am sure someone will help you fix your shite. I know there's a guy that used to post on the Gaming Board named LoopBack who worked in Internet and Networking for Cox (not call center, field work). Hopefully he sees your thread and chimes in. Dude is pretty smart when it comes to this stuff.

I should clarify. I previously had a different Surface docking station but exchanged it 3 days ago, along with my SP4.
So all in all, I have a "new" SP4 and docking station. I never tried logging into my router with previous equipment, so I can't say for certain that my old equipment would have worked.
I'm anxious to try my adapter that should here any minute from now.
