My most memorable concerts and/ or the best shows:
The Call opening for Psychadelic Furs- Saengar Pensacola, FL -late 80's
The Mekons- Tip's- late 80's
Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown- The Vincent Van Go Go- Mobile, AL- the night before my wedding
Stevie Ray Vaughn- last Jazz Fest performance
Clarence Carter- because of the venue and a great showman- was in a high school gymnasium that was converted into a bar/ music venue in the middle of nowhere in hog country in North Carolina. After the show, they served breakfast in the adjacent cafeteria. Really bizarre scene.
Also saw some great punk back in the day...DK's, Minor Threat, Black Flag
