He would have been in a much better position had he stayed in his vehicle. Same can be said for Will Smith. If you believe someone rammed you intentionally why would you ever leave the protection of your vehicle, especially if you have a gun.

I would have stayed in my vehicle. LSUT seems to insinuate he would have exited with a gun if the other party was acting aggressively. I'm just trying to determine if that's what he meant when he said it never happened, because he wasn't confronted with an aggressive person afterwards.

So scary that a witness was laughing at him and per Hayes, Hernandez was long gone

I was simply responding so we could have the truth, and not a misleading quote by one of your ilk, again.

so we could have the truth,
how many witnesses claimed that was said? 1? I mean, if we're going to take what witness said and use as gospel, i mean by all means, we can get this thread up to 400 pages quick.

That was part of the compromise. If they would have convicted him on aggravated criminal damage to property then they would have convicted on murder 2.

I've said since about Wednesday... if anyone "deserved" to die on April 9th... it was Hernandez

Can't say I disagree.

I hope "Shirtless" is held up to public ridicule for a long time.

I think you are putting words in my mouth as well.

I don't think I ever said anything about 2d degree murder.

Back up your claim or STFU.

To be fair, a woman your age may not remember everything she has said.

87, you've been pimping on why Hayes has been innocent and his claim of self defense. Holy fricking shite how ignorant this is, oh but if you always agreed he was guilty of manslaughter then you would have been arguing against the Hayes camp the entire time instead of waving their flag.

I have said since the beginning of this thread neither side proved their case at all, and I believe manslaughter is the right charge

Convenient you don't post the several times you said you think Hayes walks. Are you going to post where I said it was a slum dunk murder 2 and only that?

Holy frick this is my post in June

Lnch even you need to give me some credit for this

quote:

After hearing this, I am posting my GUESS on what happend: Repeat Guess, complete GUESS:

Hayes rear ends Smith. Smith and company exit car. They are drunk as shite as we know now. Smith and the shirtless wonder are angry. Smith is a pretty agressive guy. Hayes sees all of this. Hayes gets out with his gun like a dumbass with swagger never planning on using it. Just thinking he will be the man and scare these dudes who are trying to intimidate him. Smith goes, "oh yeh I got a gun too." At this point, Hayes is in a tough spot. He is the dumbass that brought his gun out first. But, he sees a drunk Smith reaching in his glovebox and bang bang bang the rest is history.

I see it as alot of bad decisions by both parties and a manslaughter charge

Pride87, no dog in this fight, but after the testimony came out that Hernandez threatened to "kill the n****", you actually used the phrase "slam dunk" that CH would walk.

I think there was a lot of hedging bets on both sides.

I'm not giving you credit for claiming a victory over me when I didn't even say what you claim I did.

So you were on records as saying he walks or it's manslaughter. Congrats on really going out on a limb with those two predictions. What a great "victory" for you.

No doubt I swayed at moments during the ebb and flow of the trial. But when asked for predictions or what I would vote, I stayed steady with manslaughter

But baw look at my post from June. I was like a damn fortune teller

I am often a dumbass on here, so I feel I should get some credit for that brilliant post
