Anybody here with diagnosed insomnia? I ran out of my meds and haven't slept in days I'm looking ungodly haggard

Not yet.
But when I get my 20 year letter a quick visit to the VA will change that...
In all seriousness, I probably do have it. I can go days with only 2-3 hours of sleep if that.
Then again, it maybe my two kids one of which is only 6 mo.

In high school I had to take rameltin.
It would help me fall asleep.
May sound silly, but in college I started taking adderall and obviously couldn't sleep. So when it would happen I would meditate. You won't feel as rested as a good night's sleep, but it helps a lot.
Basically just lie still and focus solely on something you find peaceful. If you can relax enough, you essentially dream while awake.
