I am not being a dick, but when you said it was "absolutely horrifying" i was expecting something more... well... horrifying. The two things I did notice while watching was the dude looking at some gun shite on youtube in the background and the instagram picture, but since the instagram picture is the only thing that the guy saw.. If someone reports that, is there anything that can be done?

If the kid would have went to the principal and said "hey, ________ has a picture on instagram of him holding a gun" the principal can only do so much right? I am sort of playing devils advocate, but also... Its always easy to say.. After something happens "well they should have noticed this or that" but its not like if you do notice something they will say "oh.. he will probably shoot up a school, lets do something". I am not sure if there is anything they could do that would prevent him from still going through..

My nephews posted pics of themselves with guns all the time in high school. Granted it was usually shotguns with ducks, but yeah, it's a different culture here in S. LA.

What I was thinking, If they had showed him printing blueprints of the school or some shite that would be different but how is anyone supposed to know that a kid looking at guns is planning a shooting, and accusing him of planning a shooting probably isn't the best idea.
