He is a POS but unless he was posting on his FB at work or has a specific policy in their employee manual about causing the company injury the company may be in for a lawsuit. Our company had to write a specific policy in our employee manual regarding FB posts because of something similar to this turd.
Basically if you put where you work in your FB profile and say something that could cause problems for the company you are in trouble. IF you post of FB while on the job you are in trouble.

If it's an at-will state, they're not.

Even if cause is required, this is no different than saying the same thing to a customer across the counter at the tire shop. It's adequate cause for termination.

This is Alabama baw. As long as the employer didnt break the law (such as discrimination) it will be thrown out at discovery. Its an AT WILL STATE. No reason even needed to fire an employee.
