Did you order crimps online, or does Academy have them?

I found 100 aluminum double sleeve crimps for 400 lb. mono for $18 online. Does that sound about right? That'll do 50 rigs since I need 2 per rig.

I bought crimps and decoy line at academy. Used pliers for the crimps. Kind of a PITA but didn't cost anything.

I got mine at BPS, I don't think the academy in Shreveport had crimps when I was looking. 100 for $18 sounds about right. And I'm not sure what your plan is, but I prefer the decoy to slide as opposed to the weight sliding.
