To be completely honest, if I'm CHC (or even LAD, SF or WSH), that lineup doesn't scare me. I still don't think the Cards compete at those teams' level next year.

I cant wait to see the terms of this deal. Cards beat writer claimed they made an "over the top" offer to make sure they would land him

Thats fine. I do..
Cards should have 3 pitchers with an era of 3.15 or lower.
We solved the issue with defense/Cf.
And I believe we're not done, one more decent or big move will happen.
