I saw multiple news reports that specifically used the phrase "her hair had been chopped off."

I thought the word chopped was peculiar, yet it was used repeatedly. Is it now shaved, or was it shaved by medical professionals?

Also, I did not watch 20/20. Was anything new released or did they just re-hash old news?

It was a woman that found her and called 911 and I don't remember anything from the 911 call about long blonde hair or shaved hair.

The only thing I remember is her husband mentioned in the interview that they "cut" her hair. Nothing about it being shaved.

I don't believe for a second this was staged in any way shape or form.
