Tix are gonna be around 1200, so you've got $75/day which is fine. Pack snacks and water.

tickets are paid for as well...so we will have $1500 for food and toys and other shite. Just not sure what "other shite" is there

You can get 3 early FP but once you burn through those you can get 1 at a time afterwards. When you've burned initial three and getting one at a time after you scan card in fast pass line cancel fast pass and get another one. It's quicker vs waiting for it to register. 7D Mine Train & Peter Pan FP are like gold

I'll give you a couple of tips. Talk up some of the workers early in the day and they usually throw you a couple of fastpass tix that are good for any ride. Also, Epcot has a scavenger hunt with maps. Get one for the kids and it keeps them busy while you grab beers around the world. If you're staying on property take advantage of the magic hours. You can get a bunch of rides in before the park gets crowded. Don't get caught in the, "I've got to stick to my schedule!" Take breaks and relax by the hotel pools. You will see the schedule nazi's dragging their miserable kids around the park.

Best thing about Disney is the customer service. If you need something ask the managers anywhere and they will accommodate you. I've had rooms/meal/drinks/tix all comped for just bullshitting with the workers.
