JM was in the wrong, period. If he approached another person in an angry fashion who is sitting in his personal property, that person has a right to defend himself...by any means necessary

Actually, he would have done that in NYC and nothing would have happened other than the person he approached cussing back at him. After moving to Minneapolis in the 90's, I once told a coworker, there's a reason that we don't have a lot of road rage in the deep south......... because people will die.
