Obama's spending re 'Infrastructure' ("shovel-ready jobs") was little more than a slush fund for Dem Operatives/Organizations. Trump's will be the real deal.

We'll see, congress has to pass a bill and they historically pad the hell out of pet projects.

The Ideological difference between Obama and Trump is polar, FL. Obama sees 'community organizing' as an essential aspect of 'infrastructure' building. He see NO relationship whatever - in terms of true economic value - in spending money and getting a real service or good in return from the recipient of said expenditure.

Trump's - and many individuals - are essentially, genetically inclined to be averse to such a form of 'economic' policy. In fact, they see it as not only inefficient, but borderline immoral and impractical. Genes rule; there are two different - and polar - economic character personalities manifest (generalization) in individuals. Such being people who find spiritual satisfaction in SPENDING money...and those who find joy in SAVING money. Not a jab or character judgment...just an observation. Both have potential merit.

My guess...Trump DEMANDS real value for expenditure. His genes will drive him...not politics; or at least to a great degree. That will be good for our Nation. It is never a good thing to spoil your children, or let them believe they are owned everything - equality, as a matter of morality - but owe nothing to the Society upon which they make their (moral) demand.
