re: Do you wake up to a ringtone?

I have an alarm on my phone but its not a ringtone, its just the alarm sound, however; its as if my body is programmed to wake up 2 or 3 minutes before it goes off, so when it does go off I am usually already awake... Unless, for example, like last week, there were a few days I didn't feel well and I was sleeping really hard..

But when I was younger, I use to set my stereo to a specific song that would pump me up as my alarm and have it set really loud so that it was loud enough that I couldn't just go back to sleep.
